Return & Refund Policy

We will handle any return or exchange request if you're not content with your purchase as long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. After thirty days, no requests will be fulfilled. It is important that you get in touch with us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • We won't accept returns of anything made without permission.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All products must be undamaged or unopened, unused, in their original packing, and in the same state as when they were delivered to you. Also required is the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • Customers must select a delivery option that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

General Return Process

  • Start a comeback: For further information, send us an email at [email protected] provide images and/or videos of the merchandise along with your order number. Within three business days, a member of our customer service team will assess if your return request is eligible.
  • Return the item: Should your return be approved, we will provide you with the return address and details on where to mail your parcel. (Note: Unauthorized returns of merchandise will not be allowed). We will not be liable for lost returns or exchanges, so we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
  • Return or exchange: We will examine the item within three to five working days after receiving your return or exchange, at which point we will either offer a replacement for the exchange or give a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you via email that your return has been received and will be examined, as soon as possible. To approve or reject your return, we will also send you a notification.

In the event that you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, within two to three business days, a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items are non-refundable.
  • Customers are not reimbursed for any lost or damaged goods.

Exchanges

At the moment, orders cannot be exchanged online. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Costs

  • If you are returning something internationally, your refund will be less the return fee. You will need to file a dispute with the carrier if your things are lost in transit. If you want to return items to us via your own method, refunds will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse. Orders that surpass the customs barrier may subject you to importation and custom tax charges.

Policies

  • It is advisable that you employ a trackable delivery technique for all returns to guarantee your package is returned to us securely. Packages that are returned to us are not insured against loss or damage.
  • Once you receive the last package of your order, you have 30 days to return any purchases (with the exception of final sale/clearance item(s), free gift, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories). Note:After completing the online return request form, you must email us a photo demonstrating the issue.
  • Authorization is required for return packages. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, as determined by customer service. Note: You may not return the item(s) to the address on the package you received. It will delay the processing of your return because that is not our return address.
